• US: We're gearing up to kickstart fulfillment in the 1st or 2nd week of November.
• CA: We're currently in the process of transferring inventory from our US warehouse to our CA fulfillment partner. Anticipate the shipping wave to begin in the 2nd week of November.
• EU: Great news! Shipments have just landed in our EU warehouse. They're set to start shipping out your orders during the 1st week of November.
• AU: The puzzles have safely arrived at our AU fulfillment partner, and they're all set to start delivering your orders as early as next week.

Hello Backers,

We want to provide you with an important update regarding the production, shipping, and fulfillment of your pledges:

Production: Our manufacturer required additional time for production, which resulted in a delay. We're pleased to inform you that the print run was completed during the first week of September.

Freight Shipment: The next step in our process is the shipment of your rewards to our various fulfillment partners. However, please be aware that due to the upcoming holiday season, the lead times for shipments have extended. We anticipate that it may take approximately 6-8 weeks before the shipments arrive at our warehouses.

Order Fulfillment: Given the longer lead time for freight and the complexity of international logistics, we are now targeting fulfillment of your pledges by November. We understand that this is a bit later than originally anticipated, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and support throughout this journey.

We understand how eager you are to receive your puzzles, and we're working diligently to ensure they reach you in perfect condition as soon as possible. Thank you for your unwavering support, and we'll continue to keep you updated on our progress.

🔸 Mass Production Update:

As we aim for the utmost quality of every puzzle piece and accompanying materials, there were some revisions in the poster color. These adjustments were essential to ensure that the final product meets and exceeds your expectations. Our manufacturer needed extra time in the printing process to ensure that these revisions are executed flawlessly. As a result, the print run completion was moved to this 4th week of August. We firmly believe that this extra effort will contribute to the overall quality of the puzzle.

🔸Pledge Manager Lock Date - August 18:

For backers who haven't yet responded to the survey in our pledge manager, we kindly remind you that the pledge manager will be locked on August 18. Please take a moment to answer the survey and finalize your details to ensure a smooth delivery process.

🔸Fulfillment Timeline Update:

We understand the anticipation and excitement to receive your "Pregnant Mother Puzzle," and we're equally eager to get it into your hands. Dear Puzzle Backers,

We are thrilled to share the latest progress on the production of our puzzles. Here are the key details:

Sample Copy: Our review of the sample copy of the puzzle is complete, and we're delighted to tell you that it was truly awesome! However, we have identified a few color adjustments that need to be made to ensure perfection.

Mass Production: We have swiftly addressed the color adjustments and just sent the updated printing file. As a result, mass production is set to kick off as early as this week.

Pledge Manager: We will send the pledge manager next week. Brace yourself for a showcase of our awesome add-ons, as we can't wait to share these exciting options with you!

Freight Shipment: After the puzzles are finished, we will commence the freight shipments to our different fulfillment partners. While the timelines for ocean shipments can be uncertain, our team and logistics service provider will work together to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.

Order Fulfillment: The fulfillment of orders will commence on the third week of September. We appreciate your patience as we strive to provide a seamless experience and ensure each puzzle reaches its new home promptly.

Samples are on the way!

Production Timeline

Hi Backers!

Our manufacturing partners have finished the first samples and they are en route! Once  the samples are approved for our quality standards, we will begin mass production. The completed puzzles will be slowly shipped around the world to fulfillment centers, then mailed to you all from distribution hubs in the U.S., Canada, Germany, and Australia.

What's Next for You?

As part of our fulfillment process, we'll be sending our "Pledge Manager" to collect your shipping information and for any changes to your order or add-ons. We plan to have more of our puzzles and games available. We'll let you know when the Pledge Manager is headed your way, and you'll have plenty of time to fill this out.
